Amos 9 11-15 The Promise of the Kingdom!!!!
Friday Sep 19, 2025
Friday Sep 19, 2025
In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:
12That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.
13Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
14And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
15And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Amos 9 1-10
1. I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.
2. Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:
3. And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them:
4. And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
5. And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.
6. It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.
7. Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?
8. Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.
9. For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.
10. All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.

Gospel of John 13:18-38 The Transition to Maturity
Monday Sep 01, 2025
Monday Sep 01, 2025
I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
19Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he.
20Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
21When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
22Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spake.
23Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.
24Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.
25He then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it?
26Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
27And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.
28Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him.
29For some of them thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy those things that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
30He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it was night.
31Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
32If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.
33Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.
34A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
36Simon Peter said unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow me afterwards.
37Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
38Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice.
11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. Philip 3:11-15

Amos 8 11-14 The Famine of the Word
Friday Aug 29, 2025
Friday Aug 29, 2025
11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord:
12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.
13 In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.
14 They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beersheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again.
The fact of the Blindness
2 Corinthians 3:13-15
13 And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
Jesus warns of this…..
35 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.
36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.
37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:
38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,
40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.
41 These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him. (John 12:37-41)
Isaiah 44:18
“They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.”
Romans 11:25
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Psalm 69:22-25
22 Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.

John
Chapter 13
1Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
2And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;
3Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;
4He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
5After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
6Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
7Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
8Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
9Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
10Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
11For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
12So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
13Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
14If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
15For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
16Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
17If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

Amos 8:3-10 Expectation vs Reality (The Judgement to Come)
Thursday Aug 21, 2025
Thursday Aug 21, 2025
And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord GOD: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence.
4Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail,
5Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?
6That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse of the wheat?
7The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.
8Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.
9And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:
10And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

Study of Prophecy (Gen 3:15) in the Framework of the Dispensations Part 2
Monday Aug 18, 2025
Monday Aug 18, 2025
Here is a summary of the prophecies for each son:
Reuben: As the firstborn, Reuben was endowed with strength and dignity. However, because of his instability and sexual indiscretion with his father's concubine, he would not excel or maintain his birthright, according to WordPress.com.
Simeon and Levi: These two brothers are noted for their violence, particularly in avenging their sister Dinah's defilement. Jacob predicts their scattering throughout Israel, a prophecy that was fulfilled as Simeon's tribe was absorbed into Judah's territory, and the Levites were scattered throughout the land to serve as priests.
Judah: Prophecies for Judah point towards his ascendancy and the establishment of a lasting dynasty. He's compared to a lion, and the prophecy mentions that the "scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come". This is widely interpreted as a messianic prophecy, indicating that the Messiah, a figure of peace and authority (Shiloh), would come through the lineage of Judah.
Zebulun: Prophecies mention Zebulun dwelling by the sea, becoming a "haven of ships".
Issachar: He is described as a strong donkey, a metaphor suggesting the tribe would be hardworking and potentially subservient.
Dan: Dan is predicted to judge his people and be a serpent that bites at the horse's heels.
Gad: Gad is prophesied to be attacked by raiders but to triumph in the end.
Asher: Asher's blessing foretells a rich and prosperous land, yielding royal delicacies.
Naphtali: Naphtali is compared to a hind let loose, speaking "goodly words".
Joseph: Joseph receives an extensive blessing, emphasizing his fruitfulness, resilience in the face of adversity, and the blessings bestowed upon him by God.
Half Tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh
Benjamin: Benjamin is described as a ravenous wolf, highlighting the tribe's courage and fierceness.
These prophecies hold significant theological importance, demonstrating God's continued involvement in the lives of His people and revealing aspects of His future plans, including the coming of the Messiah..the promised seed of the woman.
Genesis 3:15
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel

Review of the Dispensations
A Prophetic Journey Gen 3:15 KJV
The ages or eras of the Bible are key to framing scripture or rightly dividing the word of truth. Let's review these first.
1. The Era of GOD Alone in His Throne Room: "In the beginning, God" (Gen 1:1). There was a time, if "time" it could be called, when God, in the unity of His nature (though subsisting equally in three Divine Persons), dwelt all alone. "In the beginning, God." There was no heaven, where His glory is now particularly manifested. There was no earth to engage His attention. There were no angels to hymn His praises; no universe to be upheld by the word of His power. There was nothing, no one, but God; and that, not for a day, a year, or an age, but "from everlasting." During a past eternity, God was alone: self-contained, self-sufficient, self-satisfied; in need of nothing. Had a universe, had angels, had human beings been necessary to Him in any way, they also had been called into existence from all eternity. The creation of them when He did, added nothing to God essentially. He changes not (Mal 3:6), therefore His essential glory can be neither augmented nor diminished. This is the time or era of the “Eternal Decree of God.” As explained by Arthur Pink……
THE DECREE OF GOD is His purpose or determination with respect to future things. We have used the singular number as Scripture does (Rom 8:28; Eph 3:11), because there was only one act of His infinite mind about future things. But we speak as if there had been many, because our minds are only capable of thinking of successive revolutions, as thoughts and occasions arise, or in reference to the various objects of His decree, which being many seem to us to require a distinct purpose for each one. But an infinite understanding does not proceed by steps, from one stage to another: “Known unto God are all His works, from the beginning of the world” (Acts 15:18). God did not merely decree to make man, place him upon the earth, and then leave him to his own uncontrolled guidance; instead, He fixed all the circumstances in the lot of individuals, and all the particulars which will comprise the history of the human race from its commencement to its close. He did not merely decree that general laws should be established for the government of the world, but He settled the application of those laws to all particular cases. Our days are numbered, and so are the hairs of our heads. We may learn what is the extent of the Divine decrees from the dispensations of providence, in which they are executed. The care of Providence reaches to the most insignificant creatures, and the most minute events—the death of a sparrow, and the fall of a hair. Simply put, God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit decreed within the GODHEAD to self glorify.
2. The Era of Creation of the Angles and Heaven: 4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? Job 38:4-7 KJV
3. The Creation of Man: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27
King James Version
List and Explanation of Dispensations
Untested Nature (Age of Untested Nature): This dispensation extends from the creation of Adam in Genesis 2:7 to the expulsion from Eden, but the responsibility of this command continues through all subsequent Dispensations, this is why access to the Tree was blocked. This continued responsibility of each person born of a woman is why Jesus had to be perfect in His humanity to free humanity. Adam, created without a conscience of good and evil, was placed in the garden of Eden with his wife on the newly created earth, and put under responsibility to abstain from the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The dispensation of untested nature resulted in the first failure of man to yield to God's expressed will, and in its effects are eternal. It resulted in judgment, mentally, physically and spiritually as “mankind” was created in the image of God. "So he drove out the man.
Man under conscience and a sin nature (Age of Consciousness): By the fall (failure in the Garden), Adam and Eve acquired and transmitted to the human race the penalty and judgment of sin and the knowledge of good and evil (being conscious of good and evil). This gave consciousness of good and evil a basis for right moral judgment, and hence the race came under the responsibility-to do good and eschew evil, as is the default nature of God. The resulting response of man of the dispensation of conscience, from Eden to the flood (while there was no institution of government and of law), was that "all flesh had corrupted his way on the earth," that "the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually," and God closed the second testing of the natural man with judgment: the flood. It is important to remember that even though the flood denotes the end of the Dispensation, the responsibility placed upon man continues and builds with each Dispensation.
Human Government (Age of Human Government): Out of the fearful judgment of the flood God saved eight persons, to whom, after the waters were assuaged, He gave the purified earth with the charge of governing it. The expectations associated with all previous commands such as “do not eat of the knowledge of good and evil and the consciousness of good and evil still remain to aid in success. Government of themselves and mankind, Noah and his descendants were responsible to do. The dispensation of human government resulted in the failure of Noah to govern himself as he made wine and passed out unconscious, resulting in his son who looked upon him naked.
Mankind under promise (Age of Promise): Out of the dispersed descendants of the builders of Babel, God called one man, Abram, with whom He entered into covenant. Some of the promises to Abram and his descendants were purely gracious and unconditional (The Land the seed and the Blessing). These either have been or will yet be literally fulfilled. Other promises were conditional upon the faithfulness and obedience of the Israelites. Every one of these conditions was violated, and the dispensation of promise resulted in the failure of Israel and resulted in the killing of the Messiah, Jesus Christ.
Mankind Under Grace Alone (Church Age):The sacrificial death of the Lord Jesus Christ introduced the dispensation of pure grace, which means undeserved favor, or God giving righteousness to an otherwise undeserving mankind. The requirement of righteousness is clearly established by the judgement of the Law and Jesus fulfills this requirement on behalf of those the Father gave Him to redeem. Salvation, perfect and eternal, is now freely offered to Jew and Gentile upon the free gift of faith in Christ. The first prophesied event in the closing of this dispensation will be the descent of the Lord from heaven, when sleeping saints will be raised and, together with believers then living, caught up (Rapture) "to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord" (I Thess. 4:16-17). Then follows the brief seven year period called "the great tribulation. After this the personal return of the Lord to the earth in power and great glory occurs, and the summation of the judgments which introduce the final dispensation.
Man under the personal reign of Christ ( Age of Millennial Kingdom): After the purifying judgments which attend the personal return of Christ to the earth, Jesus Christ will reign over restored, physically and spiritually elevated Jerusalem in Israel and over the earth for one thousand years. This is the period commonly called the millennium. The Old Testament Saints will enter into this Kingdom (resurrected bodies) along with those who were saved during the seven year Tribulation Period. Some will have normal bodies as they did not die during the Tribulation and will marry and procreate but live much longer lives in an environment unaffected by the curse of sin and Satan. The people with “resurrected glorified bodies” will live in unison with all under the banner of Jesus Christ rule. This final dispensation will end in judgment as Satan is released at the end of the 1000 years and gathers himself people to join in the final revolt against Jesus Christ.
The Eternal State: This is not a “dispensation” but the event that follows the final dispensation only placed here for continuity. Following the Millennial Kingdom, believers enter an eternal state characterized by a new heaven and new earth, where God dwells with them, and there is no more death, sorrow, or pain. This new creation is a state of ultimate fulfillment of God's promises, where believers experience His love and glory forever. 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Revelation 21:5-7 KJV

Gospel of John 12:44-50 Jesus Purpose
Saturday Aug 09, 2025
Saturday Aug 09, 2025
Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
45And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me.
46I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
47And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
48He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
49For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
50And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
